The M201BT is a 2.1 multimedia speaker set made up of two satellite speakers and a subwoofer. The subwoofer cabinet is built from thick wood, which is intended to limit unwanted resonance. The satellites are designed to stand so that the drivers sit near ear level at a desk. The set is rated at 8W + 8W RMS for the satellites and 18W RMS for the subwoofer.
Volume up and down, input selection and bass adjustment are handled by buttons on the side panel of the speaker, so no separate control unit is needed for everyday adjustments.
For connection, the system pairs wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.0 with computers, smartphones and tablets. Devices with a 3.5mm audio output can be wired in through the AUX input. Bluetooth and AUX are the two selectable inputs.
