EW-D CI1 Set
A digital wireless instrument set built around the EW-D EM rack receiver and the EW-D SK metal bodypack transmitter, supplied with a CI 1 instrument cable. It is aimed at guitarists and other instrumentalists who want a UHF digital link with app-based setup.

The set pairs a half-rack EW-D EM receiver with an EW-D SK bodypack transmitter in a metal housing and includes a CI 1 instrument cable for connecting a guitar or similar instrument. Digital UHF transmission is used for range, reliability and scalability, and the audio input has a 134 dB dynamic range, so no sensitivity adjustment is needed.
This Q1-6 version tunes across 56 MHz with 2,240 selectable frequencies. Intermodulation is eliminated, so channels can sit on an equidistant 600 kHz grid, allowing up to 90 channels. An auto scan function finds a usable connection quickly, and latency is 1.9 ms.
Setup and monitoring are handled through the Smart Assist app on Android or iOS, which connects over Bluetooth Low Energy. The transmitter runs on the two supplied AA batteries for up to 8 hours, or up to 12 hours with a separately sold lithium-ion battery pack. The receiver comes with rack-mount hardware, rod antennas and a power supply with country adapters.
