The Oxygen 61 (MKV) is a USB MIDI controller with 61 full-size velocity-sensitive keys, two banks of eight velocity-sensitive pads, eight assignable knobs and nine assignable faders. Transport buttons and a display give direct control and parameter feedback without using the mouse.
Performance tools include Note Repeat on the pads (momentary or latch), a built-in arpeggiator with Type, Octave, Gate and Swing controls, Smart Chord, which plays a full chord from one key (including a custom chord mode), and Smart Scale, which limits the keys to a chosen scale from over 15 variations. Preset and DAW buttons auto-map transport, faders, pan, record arm, solo, mute and select to most major DAWs, including Ableton Live, Pro Tools, MPC Beats, Cubase, Logic and Studio One.
The keyboard connects over USB and has a 1/4" sustain pedal input plus pitch and modulation wheels. A software package is included: Ableton Live Lite, MPC Beats, Hybrid 3 and Mini Grand instruments, MPC Beats expansion packs, plus Melodics and Skoove learning content.
