Nova3
The NOVA3 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone with a 34 mm double-sided capsule and switchable cardioid, omnidirectional and figure-8 patterns. It is aimed at vocals, broadcast, acoustic instruments and amplifier recording.

The NOVA3 is a pressure-gradient electrostatic condenser microphone built around a hand-built, double-sided 34 mm large-diaphragm capsule that is shock-mounted inside the body. Three polar patterns can be selected: cardioid for vocals and general sources, omnidirectional for wide sources, rooms or moving performers, and figure 8 for duets or face-to-face interviews.
A 10 dB pad helps with loud sources such as guitar cabinets, loud singers or a drum kit. A low cut switch removes content below 100 Hz to reduce low-frequency rumble. Components include Wima capacitors and Fairchild resistors, and the body has an electroplated finish.
The microphone outputs on a 3-pin XLR male connector and runs on +48 V phantom power with a current draw of 4 mA or less. It ships with a suspension shock mount, a magnetic slip-on pop filter and a metal storage carry case. User manuals are available in six languages.
