Beskrivning
The CD-60S is a non-electric dreadnought with a solid spruce top supported by scalloped X-bracing. The back and sides are laminated mahogany, finished in gloss. A 100 mm soundhole is surrounded by a CD Series pearloid rosette, and a black 1-ply pickguard is fitted.
The mahogany neck uses Fender's Easy-to-Play profile with rolled fingerboard edges and a gloss urethane finish. The walnut fingerboard has a 12" (305 mm) radius, 20 vintage-size frets, 3 mm pearloid dot inlays and a creme plastic nut 43 mm wide. Scale length is 25.3" (643 mm), and a dual-action truss rod allows neck adjustment.
Hardware is chrome, with die-cast tuning machines, a walnut bridge and standard chrome strap buttons. The guitar ships strung with Fender Dura-Tone 880L coated 80/20 strings (.012-.052). It has no electronics, so it is played acoustically only. No case or gig bag is included; a Flat-Top Dreadnought Case is listed as a recommended extra.
